Brilliant, would use again
Car salesmen, (Lawrence) was really helpful, everyone at the dealership was pleasant answering any queries but without pressurising for a sale. We pointed out a couple of minor things ie. Parcel shelf popper missing, these were dealt with as promised before delivery, no questions asked. Car was valeted to a high standard for delivery. Even had a box of Roses chocolates on receipt of the car, which I thought was a really nice touch. Really pleased with my purchase. Would happily recommend Motonet

Motonet is awesome
Absolutely brilliant customer service from Parr and Abbie. I just brought a fiat 500l on finance and the guys there made the whole experience smooth. I had plenty of time to check over the vehicle properly and then take it for a test drive. Gave me a great deal on the car and also upgraded my warranty cover at no extra cost. Most places give you a 28 day warranty however motonet gave 12 months warranty for extra peace of mind. Overall brilliant service and will definitely use again in the future.

The most professional non dealer used car business I've ever used (I've own
A really decent company. Bought my car there without test driving it, whilst I don't advise this in normal circumstances, we visited this dealer as a family member recommended them to us. The car was mine in 6 hours and would have been sooner if I'd remembered to bring my license, but I didn't because I didn't realise I would own the car the same day. Parr, the owner is a great guy, makes you feel valued along with Abi his assistant. Only advice, not a criticism is that one man can't be in 4 places at once, there were 3 interested customers at the showroom the same day as I visited. It was super busy. Having somebody else to show customers around cars and deal with aftersales would be a small investment I think. All in all, a brilliant service. Parr went above and beyond to make sure I had the surprise of owning a newer car on the same day of interest. He also took on my old car which had a year of finance left on it, but the gearbox literally started disintegrating, the cost of repair wasn't worth it, this is the reason I was looking for a new car, not only did he take my old car, pay the remaining finance, I still got 1000GBP from the value of old car put towards the new car. Highly recommended 10/10

I am so glad that I have come across Motonet. They are completely different to your typical used car dealer. They have a great selection of cars and the prices are very reasonable. Not only that but you get a 12 month warranty which is great. I wasnt too sure what I wanted but in the end I chose a Ford Fiesta and honestly they car is great and the service was even better. They helped me to set up the finace, sorted the road tax out basically made the whole purchase just really easy. Really pleased and I will be back in 2 years for an upgrade!!

pandemic was a daunting prospect as i am sure we have all heard the horror stories of rogue car dealers. after finding motonet i was contacted the team and it could not have been more straight forward!! firstly they are increadibly friendly and informative and unlike most sales persons i never felt at any stage like i was being pressured into doing/taking someting i didnt want. Parr was increadibly professional but also personal in that he took the time to get to know me and my circumstances and answer all my questions. I had already secured finance for a vehicle through a lender but Parr sorted out finance at a cheaper rate, saving me money which he didnt have to do but was much appreciated! it is refreshing dealing with a company that doesn't see the customer as a meal ticket and i will definitely be buying my future cars from Parr and his team. I obtained a Ford Ka with finance. The service was excellent, they delivered the car straight to my door and sorted all the required paperwork for me. Everyone was really helpful and the car was in an outstanding condition. More importantly, motornet covered my car with 12 months warranty !!!!

Now I have even more to thank them for.

I swear these amazing people will never stop impressing me. I had a flat tyre today and because I didn't have a breakdown cover with my insurance provider, I called them to help me. Not only they managed to find an amazing gentleman to help me out, but they also ordered a tyre for me. The car will be ready tomorrow morning. Due to the pandemic, I wasn't able to view the car I was interested in. They arranged a video call with me to show me around it, and point out anything necessary which was really helpful. Found them to be really friendly and helpful to deal with and the turnaround from me deciding I wanted the car to it being delivered was extremely quick which was great! It was exactly as advised too. Nice that Parr called me the next day to check I was happy. Box of chocolates on the seat when delivered was a nice touch. Hope they were actually supposed to be for us....! Certainly recommend this garage from my own experience.

On arrival at Motonet, the car and service provided by Motonet greatly exceeded my expectations. So, we bought the car and travelled safely and comfortably back to Scotland the next day despite constant rain.
